  Dr. K Karthikeyan, as CEO of NEATEHUB, has been instrumental in developing the incubator, managing operations, and mentoring startups. He liaises with government and corporate entities, secures strategic partnerships, and facilitates funding. He reports to the incubator’s Governing Board. His previous roles include leadership positions at ISAP, Nabcons, and Ekgaon Consulting. 

Mr.Nawaz Ahmed retired as DGM (Technical Inspection), from APDCL, Jorhat. He holds a B.E. (Mechanical) from Jorhat Engineering College. 

Mr. Ajit Seshadri is an environmental visionary with over 20 years of experience in watershed rejuvenation and sustainable development. An M.Tech graduate from Marine Engineering College, Kolkata, he excels in water resource management and renewable energy, focusing on transforming biowaste into bioenergy. He actively contributes to UNDP's WATSAN, environment, and climate change forums.
